You can deposit cash into your Neema account at any MoneyGram location. Just look up the closest one to you and make a deposit. You can find the deposit details in the app: click ‘Deposit’ > Choose MoneyGram as your deposit method > Give the deposit details to the teller. The money will be available in your Neema account within 2-6 hours after the deposit was made.

Do I need a bank account to use Neema?

No bank accounts needed, you can use Neema regardless of your financial history! Easily deposit cash to your Neema account or scan your paycheck through the app.

How can I send money with Neema?

Send money home 24/7 from the comfort of your phone, just login to your Neema account through our app and click ‘Remittance’. Easily insert the amount you want to send and the receiver’s information. Choose the pickup method and click ‘Send’. There’s no need to go to any shop, just make sure you have deposited money into your Neema account.

How does my family receive the money?

You can send money to most major banks and to thousands of cash pick up locations throughout Mexico, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Nepal and India. When sending money with Neema, you decide how much you want to send and how would you like your family to receive it.

I sent money, now what happens?

You will receive 3 different confirmation messages that will assure you that the money is on its way.
1. You will receive a notification by SMS to let you know that the payment has been sent.
2. You will receive a second notification when the transfer arrives at its destination.
3. Finally, you will receive a notification when the money has been picked up by the recipient.
